  "content": "<p>I cannot add data to a new kernel: the button that would let me add Quora data seems to be deactivated (the pop-up message saying \"new entrants are currently not allowed\") like it is deactivated for e.g. Two Sigma and Google store competitions. Until now I started by forking someone else's kernels that already had the data added to them. This still works, I would just like to know if adding data on your own is still supposed to work. </p>\n\n<p>Thanks in advance!</p>",
