      "content": "<p>Well, the competition does forbid the use of external data, but the line between 'data' and 'code' is getting thinner and thinner these days. Pre-trained word embeddings, stop-word lists, etc. are all technically speaking data but as they usually come bundled with packages they are treated as code for the purposes of most competitions. If you actually attempt to load external data into your kernel and then submit it for the competition I believe Kaggle won't let you complete the submission. </p>",
