  "content": "<p>I'm having issues with nltk in my Kaggle kernel. </p>\n\n<p>When i run nltk.download() and inset 'l' for the list command i get the following error\nError connecting to server: [Errno -3] Temporary failure in name resolution</p>\n\n<p>Alternatively if i tried to avoid interacting with the GUI download environment and directly download the brown corpus, when running nltk.download('brown') i get a similar error. Any ideas on how to resolve this?</p>",

      "content": "<p>you need to enable internet in your kernel to use <code>nltk.download()</code>. however, since external data is not allowed in this competition, it would be against the rules and you wont be able to submit.</p>",

      "content": "<p>There is internet settings when you are editing a kernel. on the right hand side. if you enable it, you wont be able to submit in this competition. nltk wordnet in my opinion is external data. An admin should confirm it.</p>",
