Even though submission.csv file got prepared, it cannot be submitted.</p>\n\n<p>I can understand Quora's and/or Kaggle's logic behind limiting the gpu/cpu runtime. They need a code that is efficient in addition to being reliable.</p>\n\n<p>I am thankful to Kaggle for giving this great facility of running a code on their servers. I can test my code on my computers as well as theirs.</p>",
