      "content": "<p>According to the description, this is a kernel-only competition. </p>\n\n<p>I believe what you need to do is to create a kernel. In your kernel, create a submission csv file, then commit the kernel. After the kernel is commited, go to the output tab, and you will find your csv file there. Then submit it to the competition.</p>",

          "content": "<p>Yes you can work on a Kernel without submitting. You can actually have as many Kernels as you want, so you could have different experiments in different Kernels. Or you can make multiple versions of the same Kernel (by editing or forking it). </p>\n\n<p>When you are ready to submit, you should see a button at the top right of the Kernel \"commit\" so just hit that button and it will run the whole Kernel from start to finish. Once it completes its run you can open up the Kernel and check the \"Output\" tab where you will find the button \"Submit to Competition\". Just hit that button to submit to Kaggle. If this button is greyed out it should give you a reason why like \"Your Kernel ran 123 seconds which is over the time limit\" or something like that so then you would need to edit the Kernel and try to re-commit then re-submit it.</p>",
