      "content": "<p>The phones were not activated with voice service from a carrier.&nbsp; The audio data was just from activivating the microphone and recording whatever it picked up during the recording periods.</p>\r\n<p>As for carrying, the majority carried them in their pant pockets.&nbsp; There was one participant (Peony) who usually carried it in a pouch around his neck, and another (Daisy) who often carried it in a shirt pocket. &nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>Hope that helps!</p>",

      "content": "<p>We would lend the participants phones.&nbsp; The vast majority were the same LG phone, however, we had a couple of other phones we used as well that were different.&nbsp; There were cases where some participants did not have Wifi to upload the data, so we would meet\r\n them once a week and swap phones with them, so we could retrieve the data from the phone.&nbsp; When we gave them back the phone, we tried to give them the same one, but in some cases we switched the type of phone depending on what was available.&nbsp; We also sometimes\r\n gave phones that might have been a little more challenging for advanced PD participants to use, to those who were more adept at using touch-screen Android phones.</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>Hope that helps.</p>",
