      "content": "<p>Thanks for the question.&nbsp; Whatever is included in the packets is what is available.&nbsp; There were 2 different formats of the data available.&nbsp; One as a text version and one in a binary format.&nbsp; The code that was used to convert the binary data to the text format\r\n is also included, as is the java source code for the app.&nbsp; So whatever is available was included and made available for you to access.&nbsp; So unfortunately I don't have a specific answer here, but some of the other documents and code might give you some insights.&nbsp;\r\n Not sure if that his helpful or not.</p>",
