  "content": "<p>Does Kaggle Publish the winning Notebooks, is it up to the discretion of the competition hosts, or does the notebook creator decide whether or not to post their notebook? If the latter is the case, it would be nice to see what the winning notebooks look like, and how they are structured! Thanks to anyone that answers/upvotes!</p>",

      "content": "<p>Interesting. I hope that some publicly do release the code. Some previous competition winners have released their 1st place models, and it has aided people in future competitions, and they have gotten a lot of votes on their models.</p>",
