      "content": "<p>That's weird. I do remember there was a previous Kaggle competition where the efficiency leaderboard was always a few days behind. Therefore it took a few days to get the latest notebooks. I can't remember which comp it was though.</p>",

In my personal experience, if I submitted and selected a couple models, 30 hours old and 12 hours old, my Leaderboard would be based on the inferior 30 hours old sub, and only the latest LB update finally got my sub from 6/26 23:49 GMT. </p>",
