      "content": "<p>I don't know why there is an efficiency prize when the same notebook runtime can be 5min or 1 hour.<br>\nDuring the last day of parkinson competition, my submissions took 90min instead of the usual 10min it used to take.<br>\nSo if any of you is competing for the efficiency prize, don't wait for the last days to submit. You will not win even if you have the fastest code</p>",
