  "content": "<p>It's been 2 hours already since I've submitted my notebook. The training is skipped because I load the model weight from the other notebook, thus the submission should take a short amount of time. I can even see my submission file from the log submitted notebook.</p>\n<p>It seems like other people also have the same problem.<br>\nIs it normal to take this much time ??</p>",
