      "content": "<p>Hi! Those are the API groupings. So <code>0</code> would be sample_1, q1-3, <code>1</code> would be sample_1, q4-13, etc.</p>\n<p>Those are what the API uses to serve the rows. They are <em>not</em> included in the sample_submission.csv returned by the API (because the evaluation metric doesn't need them, and they shouldn't be submitted). They're included in the CSV we provide so that users can see how we're grouping the data.</p>",
