  "content": "<p>With 20 years in education, I've tried to engineer a few features that align with my professional intuition regarding what might indicate student performance. I'm struggling with efficiency in my functions that create the features I wanted. If anyone is willing to take a look, I'd love the feedback. The notebook is taking me approx 20m to run, which just shouldn't be the case. </p>\n<p>I've attached the notebook, as well as a .png file showing what I'm getting for F1 scores on predicting each question in the test split (my models are in a separate notebook).</p>",
