      "content": "<p>I believe the file will be too big to be opened in excel given the number of rows. The maximum number of rows on a worksheet can be 1,048,576 rows. You might be able to change the file format to open it. </p>\n<p>Using Jupyter notebook, I had no problem viewing the data with pandas.</p>",
