  "content": "<p>Hi everyone,</p>\n<p>I submit one of my notebook (CV 0.6825 | LB 0.682), which was firstly submitted 8 days ago. After scoring is done, I find out that the LB score drops 0.001 (from 0.682 to 0.681). Can I conclude that Kaggle API has already been fixed? Or, is there any randomness causing this kind of score fluctuation?</p>\n<p>Look forward to your reply, thanks a lot!</p>",
