  "content": "<p>I have been assuming that the PostCreationDate would always be after (or possibly at the same time as) the OwnerCreationDate. This isn't always the case in the data, however. The first example in 'train.csv' being PostId 23 which has an OwnerCreationDate\r\n of '01/08/2008 13:25:15' and a PostCreationDate over an hour earlier (at '01/08/2008 12:09:41')...&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>Please could you clarify the meaning of these fields?</p>",

      "content": "<p>Wow, August 2008; so long ago Stack Overflow was <a href=\"http://blog.stackoverflow.com/2008/08/i-guess-thats-why-they-call-it-beta/\">\r\nstill in beta</a>.</p>\r\n<p>I'd have to spend a few days digging throw the changelogs to be sure, but I'm going to guess that's just an artifact from a really old bug.</p>\r\n<p>However, there's still a case where this can legitimately happen. &nbsp;If a <a href=\"http://blog.stackoverflow.com/2009/07/migrate-questions-between-websites/\">\r\npost is migrated</a> from another site on the Stack Exchange network to Stack Overflow without the post owner already having a Stack Overflow account, then subsequently registering on Stack Overflow. &nbsp;They'll end up owning the question that was migrated, but\r\n the question will have been created before they were (the question spent some time owner-less in the interim).</p>\r\n<p>We should probably be excluding these cases from the data set (looks like it affects ~5 rows in the leaderboard data) like we do ownerless posts. &nbsp;I'll talk to Kaggle about the best way forward there, this was an oversight on our end.</p>",

      "content": "<p>After some internal discussion, we're leaving the rows that exhibit this flaw (OwnerCreationDate &gt; PostCreationDate) in the dataset.</p>\r\n<p>They're rare enough that the hassle of having everyone re-download and re-submit scores isn't worth it, essentially.</p>",
