      "content": "<p>It's the count of answer posts the user had made that were undeleted when that row's question was submitted.</p>\r\n<p>You can figure out the equivalent for questions from the data set by using PostCreationTime, since deleted questions aren't included (they're private) just count the number of posts created by the same UserId with an earlier creation date. PostClosedDate\r\n is included so you can also generate a &quot;OwnerUnclosedAndUndeletedQuestionCountAtPostTime&quot; if desired.</p>\r\n<p>We included OwnerUndeletedAnswerCountAtPostTime specifically since it seems like a relevant feature, and would require going to the full data dumps to synthesize otherwise (and at 6GB that's a hefty chunk of data to pull down).</p>",
