  "content": "<p>The timeline says that the deadline to submit the final model is October 9.</p>\r\n<p>Since the Final Training Set and the Private Leaderboard Set are released later, obviously the model must be retrained and the new results submitted.</p>\r\n<p>What keeps competitors from getting the right results from the stackoverflow site? How is a model submitted, anyway? The submissions are data files, not models.</p>",

Submitting the model before the final training / test data is released prevents people from looking up the answers\r\n for prize money on the final evaluation (the results need to be reproducible with their submitted model).&nbsp;</p>",
