"content": "
Hi Organising team,
\nNow that the competition has officially concluded, we would like to kindly request the release of the full results. The margins between the top-ranked teams this year were exceptionally narrow. Would it be possible to access detailed metrics similar to those provided last year, such as Macro F1 Averaged Per Plot, Macro F1 Averaged Per Species, and Micro F1? Access to the complete test set ground truth would also be highly valuable for understanding the performance distribution, conducting thorough analysis, and preparing academic publications that accurately reflect the competition outcomes.
\n
Many thanks in advance!
\n— Atlantic Team
",

We understand your interest in accessing all the tests and appreciate your motivation to conduct more in-depth analyses.
\nHowever, we have decided not to publish the ground truth annotations for the time being. This test data is extremely rare and costly to produce (both in terms of time and money), as it requires specialized knowledge. In addition, we have not yet determined whether a similar challenge (e.g. PlantCLEF 2026) will be organized. If so, it's important to preserve the integrity of the current test set.
\nThat said, we do plan to publish the ground truth, as soon as we have a comparable alternative test set.
\nBest regards,
\nThe organizing team
",
