  "content": "<p>can any one suggest how to download this data to local colab. This is not zip file so file get downloaded 1/1 and ends up in too many requests error by server</p>",

          "content": "<p>I ran into the same problem before, try following commands before download the dataset</p>\n\n<p><code>!pip uninstall -y kaggle</code>\n<code>!pip install --upgrade pip</code>\n<code>!pip install kaggle==1.5.6</code></p>\n\n<p>Then the downloaded file will become a big zip file, which images are already included in certain folder after unzip it.\n Hope this work for you.</p>",
