"content": "

     Mr Anthony Goldbloom said here, ''Not exposing this dataset to our community meant depriving our community, and the machine learning world more generally, of a chance to push forward the science with a novel and challenging dataset.'' I agree that this is really a very valuble dataset, and I just thought it might be possible for us to use this dataset to ''push forward the science'', in a nice and appropriate way. \n\n Since two types of dataset (_aps & _a3daps) can still be downloaded for now, I am wondering if we can use it properly in our researches, with professionalism, respect and maturity. \n\n For example, if someone comes up with a neural network model to process 3D datasets for his/her research paper, and wants to use this passenger screening dataset to train and test the model, without showing these images publicly, but just for getting a result of the model, would that be OK? \n

",
