  "content": "<p>Hello,\nI am writing with the question to organizers. TensorFlight is the team representing TensorFlight, Inc. - US-based company owned by non U.S. residents. Would we be eligible for the prize money as U.S. based company? </p>\n\n<p>I found such definition of U.S. entity:\n<a href=\"https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_entity\">https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_entity</a>\nBut our layers claim it is not clear to what definition of entity you are referring to in the Rules section. </p>\n\n<p>Thank You</p>",

      "content": "<p>TensorFlight,</p>\n\n<p>I received the following from the competition sponsor: The eligibility of a private entity to win prize money rests on meeting  two requirements:   (1) it is incorporated in the United States (2) a primary place of business is maintained in the United States.  There is  no citizenship requirement for the owners.    Conversely if they are applying as a group of individuals and not as a private, incorporated entity -- they would not be eligible for prize money unless they are U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents.\" I hope that helps!</p>",

You probably want to check with the admins whether Zbigniew Wojna, one of the cofounders of Tensorflight, can submit from and then delete a personal account (ZXYZ).  It would be really awkward if you won only to be disqualified for that.</p>",

Please play nice :(</p>\n\n<p>I'm absolutely a supporter of keeping things relaxed and informal whenever possible, but some of us have to decide whether or not the investment of time is worthwhile.  You're screwing that up, is the problem.</p>",
