"content": "<p>I would like to have some clarifications of rules from the organizers or from Kaggle regarding ties in the leaderboard. As I understand it (please, correct me if I am wrong) a competitor needs to submit in both stages of the competition to be elegible for a prize, but the score that matters is the one in the second stage. If there are ties in scores in the second stage, what becomes the tie-breaker? The scores from the first stage? The order of submission of results on second stage? Or the order of submission of results on first stage? Thanks in advance.</p>",
