  "content": "<p>As described <a href=\"https://developers.googleblog.com/2017/09/introducing-tensorflow-datasets.html\">here</a> tensorflow version 1.3 introduces several new api's that simplify the data pipeline and model description. I would like to use these approaches for this challenge but Google Cloud currently seems to only support TF ver 1.2 (<a href=\"https://cloud.google.com/ml-engine/docs/concepts/runtime-version-list\">here</a>). Does anyone know if it is possible to use the latest version of TF in the Google Cloud platform?</p>",
