      "content": "<p>Well that's a good question for the admins to consider and help sort out, especially considering Kaggle's new owner.</p>\n\n<p>Also this seems to unwittingly go against the intent set out by Anthony Goldbloom in <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/c/passenger-screening-algorithm-challenge/discussion/35977\">this post</a>. </p>\n\n<p>I suggest you pm Ben Hamner or Anthony to see what they can do. But be patient, the issue has arisen because of censorship that is outside of their control (albeit that it they should have been aware of the issue prior to launch).</p>\n\n<p>In the meantime download the aps files from the Kaggle competition data page.\n<a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/c/passenger-screening-algorithm-challenge/download/stage1_aps.tar.gz\">https://www.kaggle.com/c/passenger-screening-algorithm-challenge/download/stage1_aps.tar.gz</a></p>\n\n<p>You can make a reasonable start using these alone.</p>",
