Hope to learn something from it.</p>\n\n<p>Well, the first problem I am having is that the IDs in the <code>stage1_labels.csv</code> file do not match the names of those .aps or .a3daps files...</p>\n\n<p>For example, when sorted, the first ID in the <code>stage1_labels.csv</code> is <code>00360f79fd6e02781457eda48f85da90</code>, but I don't see a <code>00360f79fd6e02781457eda48f85da90.aps</code>, nor a <code>00360f79fd6e02781457eda48f85da90.a3dap3</code> file in the downloaded folders. Am I missing something here?</p>",

      "content": "<p>I just ran the little R routine provided and it found and loaded 00360f79fd6e02781457eda48f85da90 with no issue.</p>\n\n<p>The first few are in the sample the rest you need to get out of a stage1_... directory created with the downloads.</p>",
