  "content": "<p>I believed before, that Kaggle is a platform to learn and share without consideration of any factor such as nation, type, ethnic or etc. It seems, afterward Kaggle will categorize the competition based on region, nationality and passport number. It is totally disappointing to host a competition and proudly announce that the rest of Kaggle community are not eligible for the prizes.   </p>",
