  "content": "<p>The train.zip is impossible to download as it simply cuts the connection at some point. I've tried from different networks but no success. Some of the split up train_x.zip files are downloadable, but many of them likewise stop downloading at some point. I am unable to resume the download for any of them. Is there another place where I could acquire the files? Or a different solution? Thanks!</p>\n\n<p>P.S.: I tried downloading from different OS, with different browsers and with Kaggle API</p>",

      "content": "<p>Give me a day to try to see if I can reproduce this issue myself. I've heard that the kaggle-cli tool will resume downloads where a partial file exists, so maybe it's worth giving that a try? </p>",

The download manager will pause the download if the connection drops - and you can resume the download without having to start again from scratch. </p>",
