As the description  says \" A person can view a document (document_id), which is simply a web page with content (e.g.  a news article). \". So the website on which the ad was placed and the website where the display happened, are they supposed to be different? From the id values, it seems so but I wanted to understand the fundamental difference between the two. </p>",

So if you will click to that <code>ad_id</code> you will see document/website with corresponding <code>document_id</code>.</p>",
