  "content": "<p>A few things I've noticed:</p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Only the US includes the full country/state/DMA specification</li>\n<li>Only US and Canada include &quot;state&quot;  (province for Canada)</li>\n<li>No US or Canada codes contains only the country and the DMA</li>\n<li>Missing values are coded with '--'</li>\n<li>A1 and A2 are included but do not match country codes</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Regarding the last point, does anyone know what A1 and A2 mean?</p>",
