And Kaggle competitions like this Otto competition that only require a submission file are highly vulnerable. As we approach the end of this competition, if you find suspicious accounts (i.e. accounts that fit the characteristics mentioned in the thread linked at the bottom), please report them for the benefit of all Kagglers.</p>\n<p>Currently, we can make a <strong>Kaggle account with just one email and one phone number</strong> so cheaters can make several accounts easily without facing any consequences.
