I cannot submit this notebook's predictions?

How can it not find the notebook when I'm inside the notebook page/refreshed, and hitting submit from the submission.csv file generated from within the notebook ?_?

But If I click on Notebooks > Notebooks Shared with me, I can go into it, modify it, run it, etc. This is perplexing.
