Basically, SliceThickness and PixelSpacing, their values are related with the distance between the pixels in the 3d space for each scan.  But not all the scans have the same SliceThickness and PixelSpacing values. Hence, you need to reconstruct all CT scans so that all of them have, for example, a 1x1x1 spacing. And I think a 1x1x1 spacing is also more easily understood by humans. I hope this makes sense.</p>",
