  "content": "<p>Hello, I'm not familiar to code competition and have a question about GPU time limit.<br>\nThe rule of this competition says that GPU has time limit of 4 hours.</p>\n<p>When I commit a notebook, the notebook runs with pseudo test data and then runs with real test  data (public+private).<br>\nIf the notebook consumes 3h with pseudo test data, then will it be screwed when it takes 1h with real test data?<br>\nIf so, I must make the notebook process both pseudo test data and real test data in 4h.</p>",

      "content": "<p>The running with pseudo test data doesn't take away from your commit time limit.</p>\n<p>Write your program to see if it is in the pseudo environment (check length of test.csv) and then run a very abbreviated version of your program and produce a pseudo submisssion file. Saves a lot of time.</p>",
