  "content": "<p>Hi, could I confirm that every patient in the test set has these attributes in their dicom files?</p>\n<ul>\n<li>SliceThickness</li>\n<li>Rows</li>\n<li>SliceLocation</li>\n<li>PixelSpacing</li>\n<li>PixelArray (pydicom)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>I have tried submitting 18 times without any success, but have narrowed it down to a section of code that accesses these. <br>\nThanks.</p>",

      "content": "<p>Hi, </p>\n<ul>\n<li>SliceThickness, Rows, PixelSpacing: available in all patients and all slices in the test set</li>\n<li>SliceLocation: there are 4 slices (not patients) that don't have the SliceLocation tag, you can avoid it or maybe try to get the location of these 4 slices from the other slices within the same patient, or use ImagePatientLocation.</li>\n<li>PixelArray is of course available for all patients, using pydicom you can do <code>patient.pixel_array</code> <br>\nhope this helps</li>\n</ul>",
