      "content": "<p>after searching a lot I found a solution just run the following commands:</p>\n<p>!conda install -c conda-forge gdcm -y</p>\n<p>from IPython.display import display_html<br>\ndef restartkernel() :<br>\ndisplay_html(\"\",raw=True)<br>\nrestartkernel()</p>\n<p>this worked for me hope this helps</p>",
