If its the 2nd scenario that is not going to work.</p>\n<p>If the problem for you is that you depend on a package in your submission notebook which requires the internet to be enabled, then you can add that package as a Kaggle dataset and install without the internet using <code>!pip install</code> or <code>!conda install</code>.</p>",

Keep in mind that <code>Submission CSV Not Found</code> is sort of an error of last resort (it's telling you things appear to have run okay, but when we looked for the file to score, it wasn't there). This means it's possible to have bugs/errors upstream that halted execution and prevented the file from being written.</p>",

If its the 2nd scenario that is not going to work.\n\nIf the problem for you is that you depend on a package in your submission notebook which requires the internet to be enabled, then you can add that package as a Kaggle dataset and install without the internet using `!pip install` or `!conda install`.",
