Today I made two submissions, but both ended up with a 'Submission Scoring Error'. The submission.csv file is of the specified format only.
\nI am able to run my kernel as usual and able to generate a submission.csv file. But unable to make a submission. These two submission errors are also being considered towards overall per day submission.
\nAny solutions?

Most common errors seem to be:
\nNot submitting weeks -12 to 133 for every patient in the real test set.
\nAssuming training patients are in real test set. They are not.
\nRunning out of memory because you are trying to load all dicom images into memory.
