      "content": "<p>Yes, I think so. Clinically, in certain types of interstitial pneumonia, slenderness and flattening of the thorax may be an indicator of disease progression. Therefore, I think the  mass of the respiratory muscles and flattening of the thorax at a given point in time (although there is no clear criterion for flattening of the thorax) may affect respiratory function. Although we tend to focus only on lung lesions, respiratory function is affected by a variety of factors.</p>",
