  "content": "<p>Hello guys ,\nI needed some help understanding the data.\nFor each patient why is there multiple record in the train.csv file.\nAlso can anyone explain objective of the problem here .I read the overvoew but had confusion as to what are we trying to predict here.\nHere each patient has some data and there are multiple entries for each patient.\nNow what value specifically do i need to predict to show the decline.</p>",
