      "content": "<p>As far as I have understood<br>\ntypical FVC means the value of FVC for a person who is fit given the other conditions like age , sex , smoking status etc..<br>\nSo percent indicates the FVC represented as percentage of typical FVC and sometimes FVC could be larger than the typical FVC and in that case percent will have a value greater than 100 thus the case for 103% with the patient ID you mentioned</p>",
