  "content": "<p>I created <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/miklgr500/osic-pulmonary-fibrosis-progression-lungs-mask\" target=\"_blank\">dataset</a> with lungs mask for training set, which obtained based on simple algorithm represened in this notebooks:<br>\n a) <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/miklgr500/lung-volume-feature\" target=\"_blank\">Lung volume feature</a><br>\n b)<a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/miklgr500/unsupervise-lung-detection\" target=\"_blank\">Unsupervise Lung Detection</a> <br>\n c) <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/miklgr500/unsupervise-lung-detection-v2-hoover\" target=\"_blank\">Unsupervise Lung Detection V2: Hoover</a>. <br>\nd) <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/miklgr500/generalized-lung-mask\" target=\"_blank\">Generalized lung mask</a></p>\n<p>Also based on obtained I created dataset with <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/miklgr500/osic-lung-regions\" target=\"_blank\">lung bounding box</a>.<br>\nI'm hope that it's help faster crete and chek features based on lungs structure. </p>",
