As part of this exercise have <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/venkat555/osic-save-2d-slices-into-jpeg\">https://www.kaggle.com/venkat555/osic-save-2d-slices-into-jpeg</a>. The issue is that most of the slices have the following error\nAttributeError: 'FileDataset' object has no attribute 'ImagePositionPatient'</p>\n\n<p>If some one has done something similar , please let me know if i am missing something </p>",

      "content": "<p>Try and order those studies by using the number in the name of the dicom file. Most cases are in numerical order (although sometimes the numbers skip). I think the competition host stated somewhere that all test cases have ImagePositionPatient, but I haven't look for the reference. Best to assume it's not always available.</p>",
