So if you have created a notebook that generates a <code>submission.csv</code> file, then you should navigate to the \"Output\" for that notebook in viewer mode. However, when you click submit to competition the notebook will run on the hidden test set which contains about 200 patients.</p>\n<p>Your issue is you are using more RAM than available when processing these 200 patient dicom files, so lower your batch size or check for any memory leaks in your data processing pipeline.</p>",
