"2440875": "Hi all!\n\nI'm excited to share that for the third year in a row, our friends at Saturn Cloud (https://saturncloud.io) have agreed to offer free compute to competitors in our NeurIPS 2023 competition 👨‍💻! \n\nWe know single-cell data can get quite large, and I’m thrilled to announce that Saturn Cloud will provide free compute on their platform for the competition with **150 hours per month** on A10 GPU instances with 25GB of GPU RAM! \n\nTo make it easy to get started, @hhhuuugggooo has created a project template with all the competition data pre-loaded along with some commonly used tools for ML and single-cell analysis. All you need to do to startup the project is click \"Run in Saturn Cloud\" 👇\n\n[![Run in Saturn Cloud](https://www.googleapis.com/download/storage/v1/b/kaggle-forum-message-attachments/o/inbox%2F4308072%2Fd67b17f4e62488bee3b80bf9557a35c6%2Frun-in-saturn-cloud.png?generation=1661172886733918&alt=media)](https://app.community.saturnenterprise.io/dash/o/community/resources?templateId=312dc20b78914ed98f4b125fc70e00e8)\n\nThis project will automatically download all competition data to `~/kaggle/inputs`, and drop you into `~/kaggle/working` to mirror the directory layout inside of Kaggle. We've also uploaded LINCS L4/L5 data to a public s3 bucket for easy access at `s3://saturn-kaggle-datasets/open-problems-single-cell-perturbations-optional/`.\n\nIf you message Saturn Cloud (look for chat in the lower right window) and say \"I'm competing in NeurIPS 2023\", your account will be upgraded to allow access to A10 GPUs, more ram, and more CPUs.\n\nHappy modelling!\n\nBest,\nDaniel",
"2442814": "Hi, \n\nThanks for invitation and preparation of project template. I'm using Saturn for the first time and got going quite easily.\n\nI did use scanpy plotting and encountered an error: 'AttributeError: 'ColormapRegistry' object has no attribute 'get_cmap''. I solved it by reinstalling matplotlib from version 3.5.x to version 3.7.2 before importing libraries. Works fine now. \n\nJust for others to know, and you might want to update you project template?",
