  "content": "<p>Hi organizers,<br>\nMy team is interested in multimodal single-cell integration. We try to run some methods and analyze their results. However, we haven't ground truth of a public and private test. Thus, we hope that organizers can give ground truth. <br>\nAs we have progressed through the various stages of the competition, we have realized the importance of working with accurate and reliable ground truth data. Access to the ground truth will enable me to evaluate the performance of my models and algorithms more comprehensively, identify areas for improvement, and refine my approaches accordingly.<br>\nBy utilizing the ground truth data, we aim to analyze the results obtained from our experiments more precisely and meaningfully. This analysis will not only help us understand the strengths and weaknesses of our current methods but also allow us to identify potential avenues for innovation and enhancements.<br>\nI fully understand that providing access to ground truth data entails certain considerations, such as data security and privacy. I assure you that if granted access, I will handle the data with the utmost care, strictly adhering to any confidentiality agreements or usage restrictions specified by your organization.</p>",

But there will be a scientific paper about this competition (hopefully soon). I assume the full dataset will be uploaded to open access as part of the publication.</p>\n<p>For now, you can test your models directly on Kaggle ;) Just submit the prediction and get the score. This is probably the most honest benchmark possible</p>",
