You can't create new data or submit from Saturn Cloud now, I sent them my problem, and they replied that they will find out where the problem is and they will write a sample script of API submission from Saturn Cloud as soon.
\nNow you should download your submission to the local machine, and after that use API to submit before finding the solution to that problem.
