What is the proper way to install TensorFlow to the latest version '2.9.1'? </p>\n<p>I tried <code>pip install --upgrade tensorflow</code>, but at some point, the following error occurred:</p>\n<pre><code>ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.\ntensorflow-io 0.21.0 requires tensorflow&lt;2.7.0,&gt;=2.6.0, but you have tensorflow 2.9.1 which is incompatible.\ntensorflow-io 0.21.0 requires tensorflow-io-gcs-filesystem==0.21.0, but you have tensorflow-io-gcs-filesystem 0.26.0 which is incompatible.\nflax 0.6.0 requires rich~=11.1, but you have rich 12.1.0 which is incompatible.\n</code></pre>",
