  "content": "<p>Dear all,</p>\n\n<p>I am sharing this message to share my personnal experience and make a personnal request to admins team.</p>\n\n<p>You may have seen our team Whale-E (funny name isn't it?) at 4th position (LB 1.42)disappeared. For those who wander why, it is because of my fault. I created another account named kamekaggle while being in the team to test on the LB some of my personnal results. </p>\n\n<p>I have no idea that was forbidden. I was not trying to fraud or anything. I just want to see some of my advancements on the LB without wasting my team submissions. This is a silly mistake.</p>\n\n<p>So for all less experienced Kagglers like me, either you are s ,here is my sharing:\n<strong>** PLEASE READ THE RULES **</strong>\n<strong>** MULTI ACCOUNTS WILL MAKE YOUR RESULTS DELETED **</strong></p>\n\n<p>This is a sad story really. </p>\n\n<p><strong>Admins of this competition</strong>, please hear my request. I know this is not an usual one but please make it right for my teamates. They worked very hard, and they deserve better than being deleted from the LB.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Paul</strong> have done an excellent job in detecting the whales heads positions, combining Viola Jones detection and Anil Thomas' work on key points detection. In the end, his work give 99% of the time the crop right on the whale head.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Vinh</strong> did an outstanding job building a big ensemble on a large variety of conv net structures, switching with agility from neon to lasagne back and forth. In the end, his ensemble alone get 1.64 on the LB and should have a top 10 place.</p>\n\n<p>My teamates deserve much better than being deleted because of my silly mistake. Please make it right for them. What is worst than having all the submissions removed? Most of us Kagglers don't do competitions for prize. We mostly do it for knownledge, for the joy of working on new, challenging projects, for the joy of sharing knownledge.\nHaving the submissions do not only matter because of the ranking but also it remind us how we progressed through the competition, how we learned, how we <em>lived</em> it.</p>\n\n<p><strong>I know this may be a silly request, but please remove me from my team, remove my submissions but keep the solutions from my teamates and give them a place they deserved, as if I never joined the team</strong></p>\n\n<p>To my team, I am deeply sorry that this silly mistake of mine impact your results. Thank you for this run together, I learned a lot. It has been a pleasure working with you.</p>\n\n<p>Thanks admins for this competition that was very challenging but also very nice. The best thing is that when it is late hour and you are working on your desk on your neural nets, you open the original images to check some thing and suddenly you feel being out there at the ocean. That has no price.</p>",
