  "content": "<p>I'm looking for a tool that can place dots (x,y points) on image and then export them in some format .txt, .csv, etc.\nAdditional requirements:\n- Image should be zoomable.\n- Support for different classes (maybe also setting name of objects in GUI or in config).\n- Opportunity to add circle, ellipse, rotated rect around object.</p>",

      "content": "<p>Yes, ImageJ have dot annotations that can be exported via Save As-&gt;XY Coordinates to .txt file.\nBut different classes not supported and I even can't find undo (like ctr+z) for removing point.\nAlso it will be good to load existing points on image and edit/add more.</p>",

      "content": "<p>You can do all that + more using their simple scripting system. Search the kaggle forums from previous competitions like DSB or Whale, some people have shared their ImageJ scripts for even multi-class annotations.</p>",

      "content": "<p>I was talking about multi-point tool and I was mistaken it can delete points with alt pressed.</p>\n\n<p>But there is more powerfull cell counter plugin that can do all except add circle, ellipse, rotated rect around object.
